Do you offer group discounts?

Yes, you can receive up to 40% off of your seat. In order to receive 40% off group must contain 5 or more people. Click here for more details.

Is there a minimum seating requirement?

Yes, there is a minimum seating requirement which varies by trip. If the minimum seating requirement is not met Express Tours LLC. reserves the right to cancel the trip. Upon cancellation refunds will be administered. Please allow 7-10 business days for processing. 

What if I want to cancel?

There is a non-refundable cancellation fee of $30 per seat. Please submit the Refund Request form located underneath the Tours menu. Allow 7-10 business for processing. Submit refund request.

Can I transfer a reservation?

Yes, reservations are transferrable and must be coordinated by the passenger(s). Please contact us to inform of the transfer. All passengers are required to have a valid photo ID at the time of check-in.

Do you accept cash for the tours?

Yes, cash is accepted. Please select the desired trip to complete passenger details, and at checkout select the offline payment option. A representative will contact you and payment must be received within 5 business days of submission. Or you can reach us (513)549-5640 for assistance.

When do I have to pay for my tour?

Full payment is due at the time of seat reservation unless specified in the tour details.

Will I need to bring a receipt to get on the bus?

No, it's not necessary. An Express Tours Representative will be present to ensure all passengers in attendance have reserved a seat. All tour passengers over the age of 18 should have photo identification. Any passenger under 18 will need to be accompanied by an adult.

What time should I arrive for departure?

Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to time of departure as listed on the email confirmation to allow for timely departure/arrival.

Can I mail my deposit instead of paying online via invoice?

Yes, a payment can be mailed to the address listed on the invoice. A copy of the invoice should be accompanied with your payment.

Am I able to bring food and drinks on the bus?

Yes, food and drinks are permitted on the bus. Please keep in mind that we also provide light snacks and refreshments as well.
